Alpha-lipoic acid is a powerful antioxidant that counteracts oxidation in cells.
Aurora has a unique patented multi-step process for producing a high-quality product with liposomal R-ALA under strict quality control. Each dose consists of millions of microscopic bubbles (liposomes) filled with the nutrient, surrounded by protective phospholipids. These liposomes are like copies of cells and navigate unharmed through all barriers of the digestive system directly via the digestive system, to the intestine and out to the cells that need it most, where the content is released.
Unlike regular ALA, R-ALA is the natural form of Lipoic acid and thus the form that the body primarily wants. This means that the body can utilize it better.
Adult dosage: 1 tablespoon liquid (15 ml) per day which provides 200 mg R-Alpha Lipoic Acid. Dose using the included measuring cup.
NOTE: Not for pregnant women, nursing mothers or children. Contains sweeteners; excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Allergens: Lecithin from soya.
