Mega Multi Advanced is an advanced dietary supplement containing over 100 different substances, vitamins and minerals, amino acids, resveratrol, Q10, algae, vegetables, fruits, and herbs.

Product benefits:

• Phosphatidylserine. The brain's cell membranes consist of 30 percent phospholipids, and phosphatidylserine in particular can be crucial for cognitive function.

• Folic acid in the form of bioidentical methylfolate. The main reason for this is that a large portion of the population cannot convert synthetic folic acid to bioidentical folate due to reduced methylation capacity.

• B12 from methylcobalamin.

• Natural vitamin E complex and vitamin A as beta-carotene.

• Substantial doses of vitamins and minerals, an amino acid complex plus fiber and algae complex, as well as resveratrol and Q10 among others.

• Important trace minerals.

Adult dosage: Shake the bottle before each use. Take 2 tablespoons (30 ml) once daily or as recommended. Dilute with pure water.
