Aurora Liposomal B-Complex+ is created from natural phosphatidylcholine, nutrient-rich liposome nanospheres made from soy lecithin. These liposomes encapsulate and protect the water-soluble B complex molecules, helping to facilitate a more efficient transition through the digestive system and are easily absorbed into the bloodstream.

Adult dosage: 1 tablespoon of liquid (15 ml) per day. Preferably taken on an empty stomach. Can be taken as is, or mixed in cold beverages. Do not blend. Shake gently before each use. Dose using the included measuring cup.
