Nori is one of the best known algae. In Spain, it is harvested wild, at low tide and then ground into flakes. It has a strong taste and can be eaten raw or lightly roasted to sprinkle on the food. Nori is rich in protein, vitamin A and vitamin B12. It can be eaten both raw or cooked and its taste makes it a very popular algae. 50 grams of algae / about 10 servings.
