Gröna Gredelina's Aleppo soap/bay leaf soap is a universal soap made from olive oil (olea europa) and bay leaf oil (laurus nobile) which comes from the fruits of the bay leaf tree. The bay leaf tree grows mainly in Syria and around the Mediterranean. The oil-based Aleppo soap has been manufactured in the same way since 0 BC and it doesn't dry out skin or hair. Instead, it helps to calm the skin and is perfect for those who are sensitive, have eczema or extremely dry skin.
The soap has a naturally fresh scent of olive oil and bay leaf oil. The bay leaf oil has antibacterial properties and therefore bacteria do not thrive in the soap. It has a pleasant scent of Oud Wood which is a warm and woody fragrance. The color of the soap may vary, from beige to green or brown.
Usage: Use as regular soap or for hand washing.
