Organic Tradition’s barley grass powder comes from young, nutrient-dense blades of grass that are grown outdoors under the sun on soil beds. When the grass is harvested, it is juiced to release the vitality of the plant, then dried at a low temperature not exceeding 41 degrees to ensure freshness and the highest quality.

This young green juiced grass contains an abundance of chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Barley grass is rich in vitamins A, K, B2 and magnesium. The end result is a highly bioavailable powder that is concentrated with beneficial nutrients.

Dosage adults: Up to 1 tablespoon per day. Mix 1 tablespoon in 3 dl water, coconut water, juice or smoothies. Make pesto, raw vegetable soup, salad dressing or dip.

The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Store dry and out of the reach of children.

The temperature in the drying process never exceeds 41 degrees. Their drying process creates less heat dissipation of vital nutrients compared to freeze-drying and drying with infrared heat.
