Slowstar Juicer

Slowstar is a so called vertical juicer, which means that it slowly presses your vegetables and fruits to maximize the nutritional value of your juice. It has a 200 W motor and three different speed settings with (47 RPM). Duo blade is a double-edged auger, which means that it creates a double cut and is thereby twice as effective as a normal auger. Thanks to the low speed, the juice contains maximal nutritional value with vitamins and enzymes, because a minimum amount of heat friction and oxidation occurs. As this is a 2-in-1 solution, it can be used as two machines: both a juicer and a grinder.

With the grinder accessory (which is included) you can swiftly transform your Slowstar to a powerful grinder when you want to make nut butter, pâtés and ice cream/sorbet. Or why not press some bananas to make some banana ice cream with the grinding unit? You can also make nut pastes, spaghetti, bread, etc.

Instead of having a juicing screen, through which the liquid is filtered through, the grinding unit (homogenising screen) is closed (no net), which means that no separation fibers and liquid occurs. All ingredients are then ground into the mill unit. When you use the juicing screen, the juice is separated from the fibers.
