An infrared sauna has heating elements that radiate infrared heat. Infrared heat penetrates deeper into the body compared to the heat in a traditional sauna, which only heats the air. Infrared saunas are very effective and offer several health benefits.

Therasage Thera360 Full Spectrum Sauna is an advanced infrared portable sauna with full spectrum infrared frequencies, i.e. the sauna provides heat from all three infrared frequencies: near (NIR), medium (MIR) and far (FAR). The Thera360 Plus also introduces “Tri-Lite” panels that enhance the near infrared frequencies and add red-light frequencies.

The “Tri-Lite” is an exclusive light-emitting diode (LED) that briefly generates the healing light frequencies in the red light spectrum – 600 nm – and the near infrared spectrum through 980 nm from each diode. This provides an additional blend of red and NIR (near) frequencies to the full spectrum infrared of the sauna. In this way, the sauna gets the full spectrum.

The sauna also has built-in tourmaline stones that generate an abundance of negative ions. The sauna bathes your body from every angle in soft full-spectrum infrared frequencies and negative ions, without exposure to harmful electromagnetic fields.

Thera360 features an oversized, soft, collapsible cabin with folding bamboo chair and infrared bamboo foot cushion. It is easy to set up anywhere in the home and easy to fold. It is lightweight, energy efficient and can be stored in a closet or under a bed.

How does the panel work?

You set the temperature of the sauna yourself with the control. The maximum degree is 75 degrees and the minimum degree is 35 degrees. You go up and down in temperature with the arrows on the control. The most common temperatures to use are about 50-55 degrees. See under recommendations.

You also set the time you will be in the sauna with the same control panel. The maximum time is 90 minutes but it is always recommended to start with 20 minutes. See under recommendations. When the sauna time runs out, three beeps are heard.

Recommendations:

• Start with 50-60 degrees for 20-30 minutes a day if you are in good health.
• We suggest you start with 50 degrees at the first session. Do not stay in the sauna for more than 30 minutes. If you have experienced similar treatments in the past, you can start with a maximum temperature of 70 degrees. Older children can try the sauna for shorter periods: 10 minutes at 40-43 degrees.
• If you feel dizzy or light-headed, end the treatment immediately and leave the sauna. Drink water.
• Important: Always drink about 3 dl of water before and after use.
• Place a towel over the footstool and over the chair to absorb sweat and toxins and to make it more comfortable. You can then easily wash the towels.

Deeper detox with Thera360 Plus:

Dry brushing affects one of the body’s largest and most complex organs: the skin. Gentle brushing before the sauna acts as a light exfoliation by opening and removing clogged pores, removing dead skin cells and stimulating cell renewal. This also increases blood flow and encourages the detoxification process.

In case of illness:

If you have diabetes, a pacemaker, heart disease, blood disease, very high or low blood pressure, you should first consult your doctor.
Do not use the sauna if you have a fever.
Note: The sauna is not intended for pregnant women or young children. Older children can try the sauna for short periods: 10 min at 40-43 degrees.

Care and cleaning of your sauna:

• It’s easy to set up your sauna and take it down. See the video above, among the product pictures. Don’t set it up near heat like a stove, radiator or fireplace.
• It’s easy to take care of your sauna. The infrared frequencies kill all germs. The towels you use absorb your sweat.
• If you feel the need, you can use a damp cloth with a mild natural soap or essential oil to wipe your sauna – inside and out.
• The sauna comes with two soft zipped collars. Simply replace the collars while one is in the wash with the towels.
• Always unplug the sauna when not in use. You can also get a surge protector, but it’s not a must.
