5-MTHF is the most biologically active form of the B vitamin folic acid. 5-MTHF interacts with vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) in the conversion of homocysteine ​​to methionine. Thus, folate contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine.

Ingredients: 6S-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin, cellulose, (capsule: cellulose and water).
