Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3 that the body uses differently than pure niacin. Thorne's Niacinamide doesn't cause the typical flush effect that niacin can give. Vitamin B3 is needed for the metabolism of fat, carbohydrates and protein and is found primarily in meat, fish and chicken.

Niacin contributes to normal energy metabolism, reducing fatigue and exhaustion, the normal function of the nervous system and maintaining normal skin.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule 1-3 times per day. Not for pregnant women, nursing mothers or children.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
