Algomed is cultivated in Germany in a patented and closed glass tube system. This ensures that the chlorella can be kept completely free from all types of contamination such as heavy metals, plant toxins, and bacteria. Through the glass tubes, the chlorella receives maximum amounts of sunlight and can thereby develop maximum amounts of chlorophyll. It is treated extremely carefully after harvest to preserve all important nutrients, and is pressed into tablets or powder without any additives.
