Alpha Plus Resveratrol is a plant polyphenol that plants form as a defense against bacteria and fungi. The product contains extract from Polygonum cuspidatum (Japanese knotweed) from East Asia, with 50% resveratrol in the form of trans-resveratrol.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule daily with a meal.
