About the product

Premium EAA is a training supplement containing all essential amino acids along with beetroot powder, L-glutamine, vitamin B6, and coconut water powder (electrolytes). Coconut water is rich in both potassium and electrolytes, which both help prevent dehydration during longer workouts. Beetroots are known for being rich in nitrates. Through supplementation with EAA (essential amino acids), we can ensure we don't develop deficiencies in those we don't produce ourselves. The powder is suitable for use before, during, and after physical training and contributes to reduced fatigue & exhaustion. Premium EAA can also be taken as a meal drink or fluid replacement at any time during the day.

Usage: Simply mix the powder in a shaker with water or in a blender. It can also be mixed into yogurt or a smoothie.

Dosage: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop of 19 g) with 300-500 ml of water in a shaker (depending on your preferred concentration). Take before, during, or after exercise, but can also be consumed as a meal drink or for hydration at any time during the day.
