MCT oil provides a quick energy boost from fat. It delivers stable energy. Works perfectly mixed in morning coffee, in your gym water bottle, or taken by spoon right after work when you feel drained.
Unlike other MCT Oils, this MCT oil contains only pure caprylic acid (C8) from coconut. While regular MCT oil contains both C8, C10, and often C12. These fatty acids are not as potent as pure C8.
This C8 MCT oil quickly converts to ketones in the liver that your brain and muscles can use for energy.
Adult dosage: 1 tablespoon per day.
