What is it: Squalane is derived from olive oil and is an oil-soluble substance that is quickly absorbed by the skin, providing a silky surface. It is a body-identical substance, meaning it's found in the fat produced by our sebaceous glands, which is essential for our skin's protective function. Vegan-friendly.

What does it do: Squalene has moisturizing, softening, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties. It supports the skin and strengthens the barrier function. During manufacturing, it is also used for its ability to make the product easier to spread on the skin.

Suitable for: All skin types. Especially good for:

• dry skin
• loose skin

Usage:

• Can be added to skincare products to boost and provide more moisture. Mix a few drops with your face cream or facial oil.
• Can be used as a serum.
• Can be used as a primer.
