Good Night Magnesium contains magnesium bisglycinate, chamomile extract, and vitamin B6 to support relaxation in the evening.

• Magnesium bisglycinate means that magnesium has been bound to the amino acid glycine, which provides good absorption and makes it gentle on the stomach.

Dosage: 1-2 capsules per day, preferably taken in the evening a couple of hours before bedtime.
