Helhetshälsa's organic rosehip powder is made from whole beach rose hips, resulting in a tasty powder naturally rich in vitamin C and classified as whole food.

Adult dosage: Mix 1-2 teaspoons of powder into food or drink. Sprinkle on yogurt, add to smoothies or use in baking. A cup of delicious rosehip tea can be made by mixing the powder in hot water. Drink immediately as the vitamin content decreases when kept warm.
