Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme extracted from pineapple that helps break down proteins. Helhetshälsa uses a raw material with high enzyme activity: 2500 GDU (equivalent to 3750 MCU) per gram.

Adult dosage: 1-2 capsules, 1-3 times daily.
