Vitamin E, 100 capsules

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant that protects cells against oxidative stress. It protects polyunsaturated fats in cell membranes, which is important for cell structure and function.

Helhetshälsa's Vitamin E is of natural origin and is extracted from bean oil. The natural form is called d-alpha-tocopheryl succinate.

Adult dosage: 1-2 capsules per day with a meal.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
