Magnesium spray, 100 ml

Holistic Magnesiumspray for external use contains over 70 trace elements and minerals in ionic form, extracted from the mineral-rich water of Great Salt Lake. The water has been purified and concentrated through natural evaporation, resulting in a high content of magnesium along with other valuable minerals.

Usage: Spray 5–10 times on desired skin area. 10 sprays provide approximately 145 mg of magnesium. Massage into the skin for best results. Can also be used in foot baths. The first few times a tingling sensation may occur on the skin, which is normal. When magnesium spray dries on the skin, salt-like mineral residues may form. For sensitive skin, rinse off the spray after 20-30 minutes.
