MaryRuth´s Liquid Iodine

Liquid Iodine is a liquid dietary supplement containing iodine in the form of potassium iodide. Each serving of 2 drops provides 250 µg (micrograms) of iodine.

Adult Dosage: 2 drops daily directly in the mouth or in water / juice. If mixed, drink immediately.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. WHO's recommended daily dietary intake to prevent goiter and developmental issues is 150 µg per day.
