MaryRuth's Liquid Iron

Liquid Iron is a liquid dietary supplement containing Ferrochel® iron bisglycinate, which is an easily absorbable form of iron that doesn't cause constipation. The product has a pleasant berry flavor and is sweetened with stevia. All Mary Ruth's products are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, sugar-free, and without unnecessary additives.

Liquid Iron provides natural iron that is gentle on the stomach:

Adult dosage:
Adult men: 1/2 tbsp per day.
Adult women: 1 tbsp per day.

Dosage for children / young adults:
Children & young adults (ages 4-18 years): 1/2 tbsp per day.
