Närokällan Quercetin & Bromelain, 60 capsules

Quercetin is a natural pigment found in many herbs, fruits, and vegetables. Flavonoids, including quercetin, are important as they function as antioxidants, which means they fight the natural process of "oxidation" that occurs over time as we age. Bromelain is a protein enzyme from pineapple. This product combines these two nutrients.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule daily between meals or before a meal.
