Magnesium is one of the body's most important minerals and plays a central role in the metabolism of calcium in the skeleton. It contributes to normal muscle function, to maintaining a normal bone structure and strong teeth as well as to normal energy metabolism. Magnesium functions as a kind of spark plug for the body's metabolic processes and energy metabolism. The highest concentrations of magnesium are found in the brain and heart.

Here, five of the most easily absorbed forms of magnesium are combined in a single capsule: magnesium ascorbate, magnesium taurate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium malate, magnesium lactate in combination with B6.

Adult dosage: 3 capsules daily with food. 3 capsules provide 240 mg magnesium.
