Nordbo - Optic Blue, 60 capsules

Nordbos Optic Blue is a dietary supplement developed for eye health and vision, containing Mirtoselect®, marigold, magnesium, zinc, and beta-carotene.

• Mirtoselect® is the world's most studied blueberry extract, standardized to 36% anthocyanins and carefully controlled with HPLC analysis. The blueberries are wild-picked in Northern Europe from July to September and help maintain eye health, clear vision, and protection against oxidative stress.
• Marigold contains lutein and zeaxanthin, carotenoids naturally found in the retina and macula, important for visual acuity and detail recognition.
• Beta-carotene is a precursor to vitamin A, which together with zinc contributes to normal vision and healthy mucous membranes.

Dosage for adults: 2 capsules daily for the first 3 months. Then 1 capsule daily. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
