Pure Cleanse is an herbal 30-day dual cleanse with ingredients including artichoke, turmeric, algae, rhubarb root, and triphala. The cleanse includes a morning dose and an evening dose taken in capsule form.

Dosage for adults: 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening. The morning capsules are taken with a large glass of water. The evening capsules are taken before bedtime with a glass of water. Remember to drink enough water during the course of the cleanse. Not for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
