Mage is a plant-based, highly popular dietary supplement from Nordbo with rhubarb root, aloe vera and triphala (an Ayurvedic blend including Indian gooseberry), magnesium salt, marshmallow and slippery elm that contribute to maintaining regular bowel function.

Adult dosage: 1-2 capsules in the evening or as needed. Take the capsules with a glass of water. Remember that it is important for bowel function to get enough fluids during the day.
