Alive Foods Hot Chocolate offers a new take on the classic hot chocolate, namely an organic and exquisite variant with cocoa powder, coconut sugar and Ceylon cinnamon. It has just the right sweetness and is suitable for all ages.

Usage: For one cup: heat 2.5 dl milk of any type, add 1-2 teaspoons of Hot Chocolate and stir. Lean back and enjoy.

Ingredients: Cocoa powder* from Criollo beans (Theobroma Cacao), coconut sugar, cocoa powder, Ceylon cinnamon*, flaked salt. *Organic. Packed in facilities that also handle nuts.

The cocoa powder is a minimally processed powder from Criollo beans from Peru. They are partially fermented to minimize bitterness and are processed at very low temperatures to maintain maximum nutrition. As soon as the beans are removed from the cocoa fruit, they are rinsed in purified water before being peeled and ground into a fine powder.
