Cordyceps is a valued mushroom that traditionally grows at high altitudes in Nepal and Tibet. Rawpowders cordyceps powder is extracted from the species Cordyceps militaris and is made from the mushroom's fruiting body. It is cultivated on a rice base, resulting in a high-quality and concentrated powder.
Adult dosage: 0.5-1 tsp daily. Mix with water, yogurt or in smoothies. Not for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
