The Reishi mushroom is a known adaptogen. Adaptogens are herbs/plants that work to increase the body's ability to adapt to various forms of physical, mental, chemical or biological stress. Rawpowders reishi powder is made from dried reishi mushrooms. It is organic and free from additives.
