Triphala means "three fruits" and is a traditional Ayurvedic blend of the fruits Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica), and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula). It has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic health tradition and is known for its unique and balanced nutritional content.
Take 0.5 tsp morning and evening, mixed with juice, water (preferably warm) or other beverage.
Note: Dosage instructions should not be exceeded. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children should avoid Triphala, as well as people with diarrhea or serious intestinal diseases.
