Creatine is an organic acid naturally produced by the body and found in meat, eggs, and fish. It plays a central role in energy production by creating ATP and supports muscle building. Daily intake can increase the effect of strength training in adults over 55 years.
Thorne's Creatine contains Creatine Monohydrate, a colorless and odorless form with good solubility that can be mixed in liquid, for example protein shakes. Certified by NSF® as a doping-free supplement.
Adult dosage: 1 scoop 1 time per day. Mix one dose with 2-3 dl water. Not for pregnant women, nursing mothers or children.
