Vimergy's Nettle is a herbal supplement containing nettle extract 10:1, glycerin, purified water, and lemon juice. Nettle is rich in chlorophyll, antioxidants, and minerals such as iron. It is a highly valued herb.
Adult dosage: 2 ml (2 pipettes) once daily in a small amount of water, in a smoothie, or directly in the mouth. Note: not for pregnant or nursing women. If you have diabetes, are taking blood thinners, or have kidney problems, consult your doctor first.
