Glutathione

Glutathione is an endogenous (i.e., the body produces it itself - but glutathione levels in the body decrease with age) powerful antioxidant that protects cells and plays a major role in the body's detoxification system. The liver is the largest reservoir of glutathione, which is of utmost importance in the liver's detoxification functions phase I and phase II.
