What is coconut butter?

Coconut butter contains both oils and fiber from the coconut meat. The coconut butter thus retains the fruit pulp from the coconut, which provides an even more intense "coconut experience" and also adds extra sweetness. Coconuts consist mainly of healthy beneficial fatty acids, such as lauric, linoleic, oleic, capric, caprylic, among many others.
