GABA is a neurotransmitter naturally present in the brain, and its function is to provide a calming effect. Vitamin B6 is also added as it helps us maintain normal psychological function and contributes to reduced fatigue and exhaustion.
Adult dosage: 1-2 capsules one hour before bedtime. If you wish to avoid the vegetable capsule, the contents can be emptied directly into water or any liquid of choice.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children. NOTE: Not recommended for pregnant women, during breastfeeding, or people on medication.
