Sea Buckthorn Oil comes from the sea buckthorn fruit and contains an excellent blend of several omega fatty acids, including omega 7. The oil is widely used for skin and intimate areas. It can also be taken internally for mucous membranes.
Sea Buckthorn Oil has a red-orange hue from its beta-carotene content. This makes the oil excellent for radiance and for moisturizing the skin with its high content of fats and antioxidants such as vitamin E and vitamin A.
Internal dosage for adults:
For internal use, 1 ml / 15 drops daily is recommended. Either directly in the mouth, in food, or in liquid. If needed, the dosage can be increased to a maximum of 5 ml.
External use:
Sea buckthorn oil is excellent for dry and mature skin and can be well combined with other oils for use as a daily facial oil, such as with macadamia, jojoba, or almond oil. Note: Used alone, sea buckthorn oil gives a strong color. The oil can beneficially be used as a nourishing serum under cream.
For vaginal moisturizing: 5 drops. The oil does not need to be diluted. NOTE: May stain light-colored textiles. Avoid direct eye contact. In case of direct eye contact; wash thoroughly with water.
