Brain Body Memory is a nootropic dietary supplement in powder form created with three ingredients. It supports mental clarity and focus with the ingredients citicoline (Cognizin® Citicoline) for cognitive performance, methylated B12 vitamin in two forms; methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, and magnesium glycinate.

• Citicoline is a naturally occurring substance and a compound of choline and cytidine that supports brain health by acting as a building block for the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and the cell membrane phosphatidylcholine.
