Organic Neem Oil
What is it:
Neem oil is a traditional Indian fatty oil with a sharp scent that becomes less intense when diluted. The oil contains essential fatty acids and has strong antibacterial properties. Neem does not smell pleasant but is effective.
What does it do:
The oil is beneficial for conditions such as extremely dry skin, skin damage, acne, and dandruff.
Suitable for:
Everyone, especially dry, sensitive, damaged skin, and problem skin. Also suitable for hair.
Usage:
- Skin: mix the neem oil with another neutral oil. Dose 5-10%.
- Feet: add approximately 15 drops to foot bath.
- Hair treatment (against lice): mix with another oil 50:50 and leave in hair and scalp for about 30 min.
- Hair oil for dandruff: 50 ml olive oil, 30 ml castor oil, 20 ml neem oil, 20 drops essential rosemary oil. Massage into scalp, leave for 15 minutes and then wash out. Massage shampoo thoroughly into hair before adding water. Repeat regularly until dandruff problem has disappeared.
- Pests: (against ticks, fleas etc.) mix neem oil 1:8 with your pet shampoo.
Note: if irritation occurs, discontinue treatment and reduce the amount of neem oil.
