Adult dosage: 3 capsules 1 - 2 times per day. Not for children, pregnant or nursing women.

Dragon Herbs uses only properly "prepared" He Shou Wu (Di Tao), which is wild-grown and allowed to mature in nature for five years before harvesting. No chemicals of any kind are used during cultivation or preparation. Most He Shou Wu sold commercially is 1-2 years old, and most are cultivated, often using chemicals.
