Plant Force Liquid Iron contains 10 mg of iron per serving in the form of iron gluconate. This substance, also known as ferrous gluconate, is well absorbed by the human body. The iron's effect is supported by herbal extracts.
Adult dosage: Take 10 milliliters (2 teaspoons) twice daily.
Dosage for children 6-12 years: 10 ml daily.
Preferably take 30 minutes before meals. Shake well before use.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
