Glimja's B-12 is a supplement based on two biologically active forms in the body of B-12; methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.
Vitamin B-12 contributes to:

Adult dosage: 1/2 ml (1/2 pipette) to 1 ml (1 pipette) per day on an empty stomach. Preferably taken in the morning or early afternoon.
For 1 ml: The dropper should be half full (press once) and it is approximately 10 drops.
When filling the dropper, it should be inserted in the product and the dropper's bulb should be fully compressed until there is no air in the bulb. The dropper will fill to half of the glass tube. When the bottle is almost empty, it may become more difficult to fill the dropper and might require several squeezes to reach 1 ml/10 drops.
Keep out of reach of children. Not for children. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
