Stress Tincture is an herbal extract containing Russian root, Ashwagandha, Schisandra, and Rhodiola, all of which have adaptogenic properties and can help the body manage stress.
Adult dosage: 1-2 ml in a glass of water 1-3 times daily. Shake before use. Do not use during pregnancy or nursing.
Contraindications:
Do not take if you have high blood pressure or if you are taking potassium-lowering or digitalis preparations.
Rhodiola (Roseroot) should not be taken if you have bipolar disorder.
Contains licorice: people suffering from high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
