Lactovitalis kids is a tasty chewable tablet containing three billion active lactic acid bacteria per tablet from six different strains.
The gut contains more than 500 different species of bacteria, and in total, there are 10 times more bacteria in your gut than cells in your body.
LactoVitalis KIDS has a pH-dependent encapsulation. The more acidic the environment in the stomach, the more effectively the bacteria are encapsulated and protected. Only when the pH value approaches 7, which occurs in the intestine, does the encapsulation dissolve and release the bacteria unharmed.
Therefore, it is even advantageous to take LactoVitalis Kids with meals, although it can also be taken between meals.
Dosage for children or adults: 1 tablet daily with food. If needed, the dosage can be increased to 2-4 tablets daily, e.g., after antibiotic treatment or during illness.
