The natural flavors are manufactured under strict control without harmful substances such as aspartame, GMOs, or glycol that might otherwise be included.
Adult dosage: 2 tablespoons per day. We recommend taking the multimineral in the evening, shortly before bedtime. You can start with ½ dose to see how your body responds. You might find that you do better with a smaller dose as the formula is potent. It can be taken on an empty stomach, with food, or with any liquid such as water or juice.
Dosage for children & young adults:
Young adults (ages 11-17): 1 tablespoon per day.
Children (4-10 years): 1/2 tablespoon per day.
Children (2-3 years): 1/2 teaspoon per day.
Recommended dosage should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
