What are the advantages of the Omega MM1500 Juicer?
1. MM1500 comes with two adjustable outlet caps:
Celery juice outlet cap to control the resistance against which the celery is pressed in three settings. This allows you to adjust according to the consistency of the celery and thus maximize juice yield. The result is dry pulp and high juice extraction. You can also press wild herbs, wheatgrass, barley grass, lettuce leaves, kale, spinach, and other chlorophyll-rich plants with this cap.

NOTE When juicing fruits and other items with hard/small seeds, we recommend removing all seeds beforehand as the filter may be damaged.
2. MM1500 features a powerful 3-step pressing technology:
There are three special features in the Omega Juicer that ensure high-quality juice production. Three-step pressing technology; at 80-100 rotations per minute, it first coarsely crushes the ingredients, thus preparing for the actual pressing. After crushing, the plant cells are carefully broken down in step two, and finally, the plant mass is pressed in such a way that the exquisite juice with all its vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients is extracted.
With this technology and a low RPM motor, optimal juice yield is achieved without any harmful oxygen exposure, ensuring you get not only more juice but also more nutrients.
3. From juicer to food processor:
The MM1500 also includes several accessories for food pureeing beyond juicing. This makes it possible to create fruit and vegetable purees, sorbets from frozen fruit, nut butters, energy balls, and process dough for pasta and much more.
