For the needs of mature women, Thorne has created Women's Multi 50+. The updated formula now also includes copper, vitamin D3, and K2 in relevant doses to support bone health. Iron is still not included.
As always with Thorne, all ingredients are carefully tested. Additives are avoided as much as possible. No colorings or flavorings are added. The supplement comes in a dry cellulose capsule.
Dosage adults: 3–6 capsules once daily with food.
The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep dry and out of reach of children.
