You can start with 1/4 teaspoon and increase the dose by the same amount each week until you reach 1 tsp. It tastes bitter at first, but is well worth using regularly.

A tip is to drink it in lemon water and drink quickly due to the bitter taste. Do not mix it in a smoothie, it does not taste good. The body's absorption of MSM improves if taken with a source of vitamin C.
