Holistic Iron Complex, 90 capsules

Iron is a trace element primarily found in red blood cells (hemoglobin).

Iron contributes to:

• normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin.
• normal oxygen transport in the body.
• normal function of the immune system.
• reducing tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin C increases iron absorption and also contributes to the normal function of the immune system, reducing tiredness and fatigue, and protecting cells from oxidative stress.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule daily with food.
