MaryRuth`s D3+K2 Spray

Mary Ruth’s D3 + K2 is a spray-form supplement containing vegan-friendly vitamin D and vitamin K in the form of K2 MK7.

The product is very easy to use and is suitable for anyone who wants vitamin D with vitamin K2 in spray form. These two vitamins work together and studies have shown that they are important for, among other things, bone health. All Mary Ruth’s products are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, sugar-free, and free from unnecessary additives.

Dosage for adults: Shake the bottle and spray up to 8 times directly into the mouth once a day. This provides 20 mcg of vitamin D3 and 80 mcg of vitamin K2 MK7. 

Note: If you are taking blood-thinning medication, you should consult a doctor before taking supplements containing vitamin K.

Dosage for children and young adults:

Young adults from 14 years: Up to 8 sprays per day.

Children (ages 3–13): Up to 6 sprays per day.

The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
